Overview
ADP is hiring a Small Business Services - Health & Benefits Sales Agent.
In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory that targets clients and prospects with 1–49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for ADP's affiliate insurance agency Automatic Data Processing Insurance Agency Inc's group healthcare solutions, educating small business clients on the benefits of offering health coverage to their employees. You will drive product adoption within your region, partnering with internal teams to support client success. You will cultivate relationships, set appointments, gather leads from established business partners, assess client or prospect needs to present the best ADP solutions, and spend your time in the field closing business. Integrity, resilience, positivity, and a "refuse to lose" attitude are essential. What you’ll do
Expand ADP's Health & Benefits Reach.
Work independently and with cross-functional teams in your geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
Educate and Sell Group Healthcare Solutions.
Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners, helping them understand the value of offering group health benefits to employees.
Drive Product Adoption.
Serve as a key resource in your territory, conducting training and providing ongoing education on ADP's health and benefits solutions to clients and internal partners.
Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family.
In addition to selling cloud-based HR solutions, cultivate additional business within existing accounts and build strong relationships.
Collaborate Daily.
Act as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network while upholding high ethical standards.

Required Qualifications:
You have an upbeat, persistent style, can cold call confidently, manage your time well, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and on the phone.

A college degree is not required. Relevant experience may include:
One to two years of prior work experience in Health Insurance Sales, Employee Benefits, Insurance Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Retail, or related fields, OR
Military experience where teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through help build relationships and achieve success.
