What you’ll do
Expand ADP's Health & Benefits Reach. Work independently and with various teams within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
Educate and Sell Group Healthcare Solutions. Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners, helping them understand the value of offering group health benefits to employees.
Drive Product Adoption. Act as a key resource in your territory, conducting training and ongoing education on ADP's health and benefits solutions for clients and internal partners.
Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts and build lasting relationships.
Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and your network with high ethical standards.

You have an upbeat, persistent style and can cold call confidently, manage your time well, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone.
You are a problem solver who can find answers during fast-paced change.
You are always learning, growing, and seeking ways to improve.
Required A college degree is helpful but not required. What matters are the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences include:
One to two years of prior work experience in Health Insurance Sales, Employee Benefits, Insurance Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Retail, or other relevant fields, OR
Military experience where teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some positions may include bonuses, equity, or commissions. We offer benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $35,900.00 - USD $77,700.00 per year. Actual compensation will meet or exceed applicable wage laws.
