Regional Account Manager , you’ll manage a territory, partnering directly with eye care providers and staff. From in-office training and education to territory development and industry events, you’ll be driving both business growth and patient impact. Unlike pharma, this is a true consultative sale—no insurance paperwork, just meaningful partnerships that deliver results. QUALIFICATIONS 3–5 years of outside sales experience
within the optometry or ophthalmic industry Demonstrated hunter mentality and proven success growing a territory Strong communication and presentation skills, in-person and virtual Tech savvy (CRM, MS Office, analytics tools) Valid driver’s license; able to travel regionally with limited overnights BENEFITS & COMPENSATION $80K-$85K base + $40k OTE variable, uncapped Full benefits package + 401k match Mileage reimbursement + cell allowance Remote role with limited overnight travel
