Regional Account Manager , you’ll manage a multi-state territory, partnering directly with eye care providers and staff. From in-office training and education to territory development and industry events, you’ll be driving both business growth and patient impact. Unlike pharma, this is a true consultative sale—no insurance paperwork, just meaningful partnerships that deliver results. Qualifications
3–5 years of outside sales experience
within the optometry industry Demonstrated hunter mentality and proven success growing a territory Strong communication and presentation skills, in-person and virtual Tech savvy (CRM, MS Office, analytics tools) Valid driver’s license; able to travel regionally with limited overnights Benefits & Compensation
$80K-$85K base + $40k OTE variable Full benefits package + 401k match Mileage reimbursement + cell allowance Remote role with limited overnight travel Seniority level
