Regional Sales Manager | Midwest (Chicago, IL, Rockford, IL, Milwaukee, WI, or surrounding areas) Immediate Opening Direct Wire and Cable is a leading wire and cable manufacturer known for reliability, deep product expertise, and long-standing customer partnerships. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Midwest to drive business development and manage strategic customer relationships throughout the region. This is a full-time remote position that requires up to 50% travel within the assigned territory. This position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped bonus potential, car allowance, and comprehensive employee benefits from day one. This position is best suited for a seasoned sales professional who understands how to grow business in industrial markets. Experience in wire and cable, manufacturing, OEM, or industrial distribution environments is strongly preferred, but not required. We are looking for someone who knows how to build trust with customers, uncover opportunities, and develop long-term partnerships that drive mutual success. Our sales organization operates on a regional model, giving each Regional Sales Manager stewardship and accountability for developing their territory. At the same time, we operate as a tight-knit national sales team, sharing insights, collaborating across regions, and supporting one another to win business and serve our customers well. That combination of regional ownership and team collaboration is a key reason we continue to lead in the wire and cable industry. In this role, the Regional Sales Manager will focus on expanding strategic accounts, strengthening existing partnerships, and developing new opportunities across the Midwest. Success requires a disciplined approach to territory development, strong pipeline management, and the ability to position Direct Wire and Cable as a trusted partner in demanding industrial environments. We are looking for someone who is self-directed, accountable, and motivated by building meaningful business relationships. The right candidate brings a strong work ethic, takes pride in delivering for customers, and approaches their territory with a full engagement mindset. While this role is remote, the Regional Sales Manager is an active, engaged part of our sales team every day, collaborating, sharing insight, and working closely with colleagues across the organization to support customers and drive growth.
