Customer Engagement and Sales Specialist

Position Purpose: Join us as a Customer Engagement and Sales Specialist, where you will have the opportunity to provide outstanding service and support to our customers. Your role will involve understanding their needs and offering helpful solutions with our diverse range of products. With access to various tools, you will be equipped to communicate effectively and deliver tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include: Welcome and assist every customer in your department, ensuring a personalized shopping experience that meets their specific needs. Keep your assigned areas well-stocked, organized, and safe for both customers and team members. Prioritize safety by following all safety policies and completing any necessary training, actively reporting hazards, or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty. Work collaboratively with your Department Supervisor and colleagues to enhance customer service across various departments. You will have the chance to work in diverse store departments such as Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. This role opens doors to various opportunities, including Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
