Your key responsibilities will include: Greet and assist customers in a positive and engaging manner Identify customer needs and recommend the best products Close sales efficiently while sharing valuable insights on projects Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of your area Ensure a safe shopping experience by following safety protocols and reporting any hazards Work collaboratively with your Department Supervisor and team members across various departments This position spans multiple store departments including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.
