Sales and Customer Engagement Associate

Position Overview: As a Sales and Customer Engagement Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customer experience by providing efficient and friendly service. Your primary focus will be on actively interacting with customers to comprehend their needs and offering personalized assistance that contributes to the success of our projects. Your product knowledge will be essential in guiding customers towards the right solutions. Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet and assess customers' requirements, providing tailored recommendations. Familiarize yourself with our product offerings using available resources to effectively assist customers. Ensure your designated areas are clean, organized, and uphold a safe shopping environment. Work closely with your Department Supervisor and collaborate with colleagues across various departments, including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. Complete safety training and follow established safety policies, taking prompt action to address or report any hazards.
