Overview

Deluxe, a trusted payments and data company, offers a summer paid internship in the Minneapolis area to undergraduate students seeking a challenging, meaningful, and supportive experience on our enterprise brand team. You will be introduced to a wide range of corporate brand and sponsorship functions, in addition to professional development opportunities. Our brand team is dedicated to providing you with valuable, hands-on learning opportunities as you own projects, share ideas, and work across teams to maximize your experience. Responsibilities

Contribute to the organization and execution of branded assets, including planning, review and audits Gain firsthand exposure to B2B content marketing best practices Plan, execute and distribute owned media Use project management tools (like Workfront) and creative briefs to execute projects Develop a hands-on understanding of brand guidelines, processes and strategies Support the largest customer event by curating branded swag for the onsite storefront Assist in the management of sport partnerships through ticket coordination and tracking Engage in professional development by working with cross-functional teams, mentorship and corporate leadership interactions Program Overview

10-week paid assignment In-person orientation on Day 1, including a site tour, company overview, and welcome message from senior leaders Professional development from a dedicated program manager and peer mentors Small, selective program that allows for more focused attention and support Interaction with leaders across multiple business units and departments Resume review and LinkedIn clinic Basic Qualifications

Bachelors in progress in Marketing or related field Some business coursework completed Preferred Qualifications

Sound analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset Microsoft Office skills, including MS Word and Excel Strong oral and written communication skills Curious, self-motivated spirit Self-motivated, focused and results-oriented Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 hourly. The base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and internal equity considerations. Benefits
