We are looking for a like-minded intern to join our Seattle team. Our goal is to provide the successful candidate with a broad exposure to our business and be fully included in our culture. About the Role & the Department

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support with our Seattle portfolio and team. Responsibilities

Plan social media content in line with the Low Tide Social Media Strategy. Work with the Vancouver marketing team on idea generation. Support with content creation and coordination with photographers. Organize influencer program for content creation. Manage social media content calendar and reporting. Support Low Tide’s rebrand efforts for Seattle properties, including logo review, signage, model units and website. Support tenant event plan at all Seattle properties. Work with Vancouver team to plan event calendar; execute on events and report on results; manage external event planning contacts. Support in Low Tide’s Seattle sponsorship efforts. Represent Low Tide Properties at community events. Support with developing community relationships around Kirkland, Bellevue and Seattle. Other responsibilities as instructed by the team. Salary

$24 per hour Education & Experience

Currently working towards (or completed) a degree/diploma, focused in business/commerce/real estate/marketing Experience in social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn) Event coordination experience Demonstrates openness to collaboration and relationship-building Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Advanced oral and written communication skills Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge of graphic design is a bonus Please note: The position requires the candidate to have a valid U.S passport and the ability to travel to Canada.
