Your STADA+ Business Case In this STADA+ case, you will drive the global consolidation of promotional materials into one harmonized digital shop and supplier setup across STADA entities.
Today, sourcing is fragmented across markets, leading to inefficiencies and compliance risks. The objective is to design and implement a standardized, user-friendly global solution that improves cost efficiency, strengthens brand and quality compliance and increases transparency.
You will contribute to shaping a scalable ONE STADA solution across countries and brands.
Your focus will be on:
Supporting the implementation of a global digital shop solution for promotional materials, including technical setup and integration (e.g. Ariba)
Defining and structuring product catalogues (pre‑produced items, print‑on‑demand, order windows, local production concepts) in close collaboration with Marketing, Communications, Quality and local markets
Coordinating international stakeholders to align branding, logistics, quality and compliance requirements across countries
Preparing presentations, communication materials and rollout documentation for global and local stakeholders
Supporting pilot implementation and rollout across markets and ensuring smooth adoption of the new process
Identifying efficiency gains, compliance improvements and ESG transparency benefits resulting from the consolidation

What You Can Expect
Ownership of a high‑visibility, international STADA+ business case
Hands‑on experience in global procurement transformation and digital process implementation
Close collaboration with Procurement, Marketing, Communications, Quality and other international stakeholders
Exposure to brand governance, supplier management and ESG‑related topics
A project with real organizational impact across multiple STADA markets
A fast‑paced, international environment where structured thinking and stakeholder management matter
Who We Are Looking For
You are currently enrolled in an advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Communications or a related field
You bring strong organizational and communication skills and enjoy convincing international stakeholders
You have a strong interest in digital solutions and process optimization
You work in a structured, reliable and proactive manner
You communicate confidently in English (German is a plus)
Ideally, you have first experience in project work, procurement, marketing or digital environments
