2026 Digital Games Marketing Internship At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing portfolio of Digital Games, we’re expanding how our worlds come to life across new platforms and audiences.
The Digital Games Marketing team leads global campaign strategy and execution for our upcoming video game titles, including EXODUS and WARLOCK. As a Digital Games Marketing Intern, you will support campaign initiatives, contribute to creative discussions, and gain hands‑on experience bringing major game releases to market.
This internship is based out of Burbank, CA and follows a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) in the office.
The Internship Experience Hasbro’s Summer Internship Program offers a behind‑the‑scenes look at how a global play and entertainment company operates—paired with the opportunity to make a real impact. Interns are fully embedded on their teams and trusted to own meaningful business projects aligned to team priorities. Throughout the summer, you’ll contribute to work that matters while also being part of a broader global intern cohort, gaining exposure to professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and leadership engagement designed to support your growth and learning.
What You Will do as a Digital Games Marketing Intern
Report to and support the Brand Marketing team to gain exposure to global campaign planning and launch processes
Lead a defined, community-focused project from planning through execution and recap, with guidance from the team
Assist in developing campaign materials including marketing briefs, presentations, timelines, and post‑campaign recaps
Provide thoughtful feedback on creative assets, partnerships, and marketing activations during internal review processes
Participate in internal creative and campaign reviews, contributing feedback on assets, partnerships, and activations
Support the Social Media team, including copywriting, content planning, community monitoring, and trend research
Maintain shared trackers and planning tools to help keep campaign work organized and on schedule
What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications/skills/competencies)
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Entertainment, or a related field
Interest in video games, entertainment marketing, or interactive storytelling
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment
Nice to Have
Exposure to video game marketing or entertainment launches through coursework, projects, or internships
Deep understanding of online communities and social platforms, including Discord, Reddit, TikTok, and YouTube
Experience supporting social media, influencer, or digital marketing initiatives
Familiarity with Wizards of the Coast brands, including Dungeons & Dragons®
By the end of the program, interns leave with tangible accomplishments, a clear understanding of how their work creates value, and meaningful exposure to what a full‑time, entry‑level role at Hasbro could look like, positioning them well for potential future opportunities.

Compensation:
Rates vary based on year in school, degree program, and office location
Final rates communicated during offer process
