
Intern - Marketing Storytelling

The Storytelling Intern within our Marketing Department, who will assist UCP’s Public Relations/Marketing
team in developing, writing, and distributing clear and effective content across all platforms. Tasksinclude copywriting, maintaining press database, drafting mass e-mail communication, postingcontent on UCP’s social platforms and auditing the agencies web presence.
HOURS REQUIRED 20 hours a week
COMPENSATION: A $500 stipend will be paid upon a successful completion of the internship

Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS:
A student pursuing a degree in Journalism, Communication or Non-Profit Management.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
The ability to collaborate effectively across departments
The ability to track and execute multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines
Strong written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
The ability to shape a story in a group and individual setting
The ability to produce various projects from the ground up if necessary
Required attendance at special events as requested (set-up & breakdown included)
