KeepTabz: Growth and Marketing Intern San Antonio, United States | Posted on 03/04/2026

Responsibilities We are looking for a scrappy, witty, and high‑velocity Growth Marketing & Sales Intern to join our team in San Antonio to help us scale from our current B2B SaaS beta to market dominance. You won't be fetching coffee. You'll be working directly with our founder and CEO, Franklin Morris — a go‑to‑market veteran who has scaled companies to $130M+ acquisitions — to build a scalable growth engine.

1. High‑Octane Outbound & Sales Support

Prospecting & Research: Identify high‑fit B2B SaaS companies ($5M–$150M ARR) and the exact Product Marketing and Sales leaders who are tired of being blindsided.

Automated Outreach: Manage our outbound stack (Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to run automated cold email and LinkedIn campaigns that actually get replies.

The "Wedge" Strategy: Scour competitor reviews to find "product gaps" or support complaints, then help our sales team turn those into hooks for outreach.

2. Content & Market Presence

Social & Video: Create "social‑first" content and short‑form videos that show—don't just tell—how Tabz surfaces the "unsexy" but critical data, like competitor privacy policy changes.

SEO Content Factory: Use Tabz’s own SEO data to find keywords with difficulty scores below 50 and help draft content that ranks fast.

Blogs & Social Posting: You’ll create marketing content and campaigns that will become great portfolio pieces for the rest of your career.

Customer Account Setup: Act as a "human‑in‑the‑loop" for our AI agents, ensuring our competitive scoring stays razor‑sharp and high‑value for our customers, our customer’s accounts are set up and working properly. (No technical expertise required).

About You

Enjoy the Journey: Play the long‑term game and maintain a fun, sustainable process.

Build What Matters: Impact beats noise; build for the customer problem.

Radical Accountability: Freedom to work on our own terms, paired with total ownership of outcomes.

Challenge Each other & Ourselves: Healthy friction to improve the market and the team.

What You’ll Get Out of This

Direct Mentorship: Learn GTM execution from a founder who has "been there, done that" at IBM Watson, Rackspace, and Sisense.

The Workflow of the Future: Master the "Scan‑Analyze‑Alert‑Act" workflow that defines modern competitive intelligence, and learn ways to use AI in marketing and sales to 10X your effectiveness.

Real Impact: See your work directly impact our goal of reaching our first 300 paid customers by late 2026.
