We are seeking a Community Outreach Representative to expand our referral network across a defined five-county territory in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area. This is a field-based, metrics-driven role focused on building authentic professional relationships that lead to sustainable referral growth.
The better you perform in this role, the more people receive the support they deserve.
What You Will Do Build and Strengthen Referral Relationships Develop strategic relationships with therapists, hospitals, discharge planners, community partners, and/or legal professionals Conduct in-person meetings, educational presentations, and structured outreach Represent Advocate Support Services at community and professional events Position our services clearly and professionally within the behavioral health ecosystem
Drive Measurable Growth Execute a structured territory plan for your assigned Baltimore metro region Generate and track referral activity tied to defined performance metrics Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline management Identify new opportunities within vertical markets
Operate with Structure and Accountability Utilize HubSpot to manage all referral relationships and activity Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and data hygiene Collaborate closely with admissions and clinical teams to ensure continuity and service excellence
What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required Sales experience or behavioral health industry experience preferred Ability to influence multiple decision-makers and navigate complex professional environments Self-directed and organized within a defined geographic territory Comfort operating in a metrics-driven environment
