ABOUT YOU
ARCO National is looking for a marketing intern to join our Richmond Heights, MO marketing team. In this role you will gain first hand experinece in creative approaches to problem-solving and make an impact withing the marketing department. One-on-One mentorship and training
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Provide administrative support to Marketing Department
Organize and create capabilities packages, proposals, and presentations
Maintain corporate marketing collateral including brochures, folders, sell sheets, resumes, flyers, posters, job photography, etc.
Order corporate apparel, promotional items, and client gifts
Provide administrative support on company website
Conduct market research
Coordinate tradeshows
Plan and coordinate client trips, holiday/client gifts, and special events
Maintain contact databases
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from college and pursuing one of the following degrees: Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or other related degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of associates within the organization
