Position Summary WeSkillbridge is seeking a
Relationship Builder / Partnerships & Outreach Specialist
to support relationship development with partners, clients, and community stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connection, follow-through, and trust-building, and who understands how strong relationships drive organizational growth and mission impact.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with partners, clients, and community stakeholders.
Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities aligned with WeSkillbridge’s mission.
Conduct outreach via email, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person engagement when applicable.
Maintain organized records of contacts, conversations, and follow-ups.
Support collaboration between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication.
Represent WeSkillbridge professionally and authentically in conversations and meetings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in relationship‑building, partnerships, community engagement, or client‑facing roles.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow‑up skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently and managing outreach efforts remotely.
Experience in capacity‑building, nonprofit, education, or social impact spaces is a plus.
Candidates may be domestic or international.
Candidates based in Northeast Pennsylvania (NEPA) are strongly preferred , but not required.
Flexible hours based on outreach needs and relationship priorities.
Consistent communication and timely follow‑ups with partners.
