Responsibilities
Moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines and legal standards
Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone to Norwegian-speaking players
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently
Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and positive user experience
Document and report moderation findings and customer interactions
Participate in training and development programs to enhance moderation skills and product knowledge
Requirements
Fluency in Norwegian and a strong command of English; additional languages are a plus
Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is beneficial
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to assess user-generated content
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture
A genuine interest in the content moderation industry is a significant advantage
