Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and professional
Customer Service Representative
to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience working in a professional office environment, is comfortable interacting with clients, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
This position is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work independently without constant supervision while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service to clients by phone and via email
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Establish, update, and monitor customer accounts
Accurately input data and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in company CRM
Perform general administrative and office support duties
Follow company policies, procedures, and instructions carefully
Adapt to changing priorities and support team operations when needed
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in the workplace
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in an office or professional setting
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to resolve complex or emotional customer issues efficiently
Reliable, dependable, and punctual
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using computers, email, and common office software
Ability to follow directions and adapt to changes quickly
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Prior experience in the retail electricity industry is a plus
Basic understanding of utility billing or energy markets (preferred)
Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
