4 month-contract What's A Typical Day As A Customer Service Representative? You Will:

Front Desk Operations (40%)

Greet visitors, manage a multi-line phone system, screen emails, and handle all incoming/outgoing mail and deliveriesall while maintaining a professional and welcoming reception environment. Data Entry & Records (35%)

Accurately input client/vendor information, audit digital records, scan and index physical documents, and update accounts with detailed notations to ensure top-notch data integrity. Administrative Support (15%)

Schedule appointments and meeting rooms, review documents, and assist with the preparation of internal memos, invoices, and basic reports. Safety & Compliance (10%)

Maintain visitor logs, support adherence to office security protocols, and contribute to a safe, compliant work environment. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have:

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred. Experience:

12 years in a receptionist or data-intensive administrative position. Technical Proficiency:

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and experience with CRM or database systems. Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences. Attention To Detail:

High accuracy in data entry under deadlines. Interpersonal Skills:

Calm, welcoming demeanor in a high-traffic environment. Physical Requirements:

Primarily sedentary with some occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs); comfortable working with computers for most of the day. Work Environment:
