
Product Management Intern

Job Purpose
We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to support our Product Management team in improving customer experience, reducing churn, and strengthening our sales install process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, analyzing data, speaking with customers, and helping shape real solutions that impact the business.

Essential Functions Conduct Research to Improve Customer Churn
Call customers to gather feedback and insights
Analyze customer data to identify patterns and opportunities
Develop solution concepts that address churn drivers
Improve the Sales Install Process
Contact customers to understand their sales and installation experiences
Evaluate data to determine where friction points exist
Assist in designing improved process flows and recommendations
Test and Validate New Strategies
Participate in pilot tests of new processes or solutions
Provide clear feedback on what’s working and what’s not
Identify issues, gaps, or unexpected challenges
Help iterate and refine proposed strategies
Experience/Background
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Comfortable speaking directly with customers
Interest in product management, operations, or customer experience
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross functional teams
Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to dig into complex problems
