This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, for a Technical Service Representative. In this role, you will provide dedicated support for customer inquiries and technical troubleshooting, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. Core responsibilities include coordinating with engineering teams, assisting with product installations, preparing technical documentation, and conducting product training for clients. You will also monitor and evaluate product performance, offering actionable recommendations for continuous improvements to meet customer expectations. Responsibilities

Provide dedicated support for customer inquiries and technical troubleshooting, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. Coordinate with engineering teams to drive product installation and deployment activities. Prepare clear technical documentation and deliver product training sessions for clients. Monitor and evaluate product performance and recommend improvements to meet customer expectations. Qualifications

Technical knowledge in product troubleshooting, installation processes, and issue resolution. Proficiency in preparing clear technical documentation and delivering effective client training sessions. Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders. Experience in electrical engineering, utility infrastructure, or related industries is a plus. Proficiency in using engineering tools, software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Availability to work on-site in Houston, TX, with occasional travel as required. Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or equivalent experience is preferred.
