ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow relationships with distribution partners across the Southeastern Pennsylvania and Maryland region. This is a field-based role ideal for someone with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven ability to build lasting business relationships. WHAT YOU'LL DO Call on and manage a network of distribution partners within your assigned territory Support partners with marketing materials, new promotions, and order management Assist with minimal equipment setup and provide general technical guidance Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capture new business Act as the primary point of contact for your territory, building strong, trust-based relationships Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-through WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience General knowledge of automotive tools and equipment (strongly preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel within assigned territory regularly Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Negotiable base salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus opportunity Full Benefits package included Paid time off and holidays TERRITORY Baltimore-Washington, D.C. metro area, including Maryland, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and surrounding Mid-Atlantic markets.
