We’re looking for an Account Manager who can keep projects moving, teams aligned, and clients confident. We’re a multi-disciplinary design firm that partners with leading brands to deliver work that’s
creative, strategic, and beautifully executed. If you enjoy being the person who

this role may be for you. What You’ll Do
Manage multiple projects—keeping timelines, budgets, and deliverables on track. Monitor progress and proactively address potential issues. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to keep projects moving smoothly. Lead meetings, capture action items, and ensure follow-through. Proofread creative and process invoices accurately and on time. What You Bring
5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (QuickBooks is a plus). Exceptional organization and attention to detail. A proactive mindset—you look for ways to improve the process. A positive, professional attitude—even when chasing feedback. Who Thrives in This Role
