Location: Atlanta, GA Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base + Commission (Uncapped) Join a Growing Waste & Recycling Company in Atlanta We are a fast-growing waste hauling company expanding our commercial waste, recycling, and roll-off services across the Atlanta market. We’re hiring a Territory Sales Representative to drive new business development and build a strong book of commercial accounts. This is a true outside B2B sales role for a motivated hunter who enjoys prospecting, door knocking, and closing new accounts. What You’ll Do

Outside Sales & New Business Development Prospect daily within your assigned Atlanta territory (door-to-door, cold calls, site visits, referrals, networking). Generate and qualify new leads for commercial waste, recycling, and roll-off services. Meet with property managers, business owners, general contractors, construction site supervisors, and facilities managers. Conduct site assessments and present customized waste and recycling solutions. Close new business to meet or exceed monthly net-new revenue goals. Consultative Selling Recommend appropriate container size, service frequency, and site placement. Build profitable, long-term recurring revenue accounts. Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service onboarding and delivery. Territory & Pipeline Management

Develop and execute a weekly territory plan. Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM. Monitor competitors and pricing trends within the Atlanta market. What Success Looks Like

Build consistent daily prospecting activity within your first 30 days. Develop strong pipeline coverage by 60 days. Achieve $3,000+ in monthly net-new recurring revenue after ramp. Continue growing recurring commercial revenue and roll-off wins. Qualifications

Required

1+ year of outside B2B sales experience. Proven ability to prospect, manage a pipeline, and close new business. Comfortable spending 80%+ of time in the field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Preferred

Waste management, recycling, roll-off, or hauling industry experience. Experience selling to commercial property, construction, industrial, or facilities clients. Background in service-based or route-based sales. Why Join Us?
