Job Summary Acara Solutions is seeking an Independent Territory Sales Representative for Waste & Recycling Equipment to join our client, a growing provider of commercial waste compaction equipment. This opportunity is ideal for experienced sales professionals, brokers, or industry contacts who have relationships within facilities, logistics, retail, property management, or industrial operations and can introduce businesses that generate high volumes of waste.

Salary + Commission

Fully Remote

This is an independent contractor role focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities for commercial trash compactors and related equipment across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial waste compaction equipment.

Build relationships with businesses that generate significant waste volume, including warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, retail operations, restaurants, and multi-family properties.

Introduce potential clients to compactor equipment solutions that reduce waste hauling costs and improve operational efficiency.

Work with internal teams to coordinate equipment placement, installation, and service agreements.

Maintain relationships with customers to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Track leads, opportunities, and deal progress through the sales process.

Ideal Background

Experience in waste management, recycling, facilities services, equipment sales, logistics, property management, or industrial services.

Existing relationships with commercial businesses, property managers, or industrial facilities.

Strong networking and business development skills.

Ability to identify operational challenges and recommend equipment solutions.

Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment.

Job Requirements

5 yrs. minimum experience in waste management, recycling, facilities services, equipment sales, logistics, property management, or industrial services within a sales capacity.
