Team-Based Environment:
Travel to designated residential neighborhoods in a company van, working alongside a team and supervisor. Career Growth:

What You’ll Do: Knock, Engage, and Generate Leads:
Travel to residential neighborhoods and connect with homeowners to offer free lawn care estimates.
Promote Lawn Care Services:
Share the benefits of Weed Man’s industry-leading service and lawn care programs.
Meet and Exceed Goals:
Hit and surpass daily and weekly contact and lead generation targets.
Accurately Log Leads:
Complete necessary paperwork and submit leads promptly.
What You Bring: People skills:
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations.
Endurance:
Ability to walk and stand outdoors for extended periods.
Resilience:
Thick-skinned and positive in the face of rejection.
Reliability:
Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Customer Service Experience:
We provide full training on the rest!
Background Check:
All candidates must pass a background check prior to employment.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
