The Team And Role The Digital Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Intern is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in business‑to‑business (B2B) account-based marketing. Sitting within the Central Demand Generation team, you will focus on driving account expansion, higher engagement, and conversion for a strategic selection of Global Accounts by delivering personalized experiences at every stage of the buyer journey.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Campaign Development & Execution: Contribute to the design, launch, and optimization of campaigns aligned to key stages of the customer journey. Utilize the ABM platform, Demandbase, for audience segmentation and orchestrate multi‑touch engagement across various paid media channels.

Personalized Messaging & Creative Strategy: Leverage AI‑driven insights and account‑specific data to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging tailored to each stage of the buyer’s journey (awareness, consideration, decision) across diverse lines of business.

Multi-Channel Media Activation: Manage the trafficking of ads to different platforms, collaborating with multiple vendors and agencies to ensure effective delivery to targeted audience segments.

Cross‑Functional & Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including design, marketing operations, and analytics—and external partners and technology vendors to deliver a seamless, unified go‑to‑market strategy.

Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor campaign metrics and analyze performance data to generate actionable insights. Rapidly iterate and refine campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.

A/B Testing & Continuous Improvement: Establish and execute a structured A/B testing program, experimenting with creative elements and messaging to determine what drives the best results for each targeted account segment.

Key Qualifications

Passion for account-based marketing, including paid media strategies and audience segmentation.

Familiarity with developing personalized messaging strategies and audience targeting.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.

Experience with A/B testing methodologies and campaign iteration for optimization.

Knowledge of paid media channels (paid social, display, content syndication, etc.).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Self‑starter with a problem‑solving mindset and a keen interest in learning.

In Addition, Preferable Skills and Behaviors Include

Experience with account-based marketing platforms (Demandbase, Madison Logic, etc.).

Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, design, and sales teams.

Comfort with navigating dynamic and evolving marketing technologies.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or a related field.

3–4 years completed in a relevant major preferred.

The position offers an hourly rate typically between $28.00 and $33.00, commensurate with the level of your degree program.
