
Digital Marketing Intern

The intern will report to the Marketing Supervisor and collaborate with team members across communications, customer experience, and public affairs. The successful candidate will gain useful working experience in digital marketing.
The internship begins mid-May and will end mid-August, depending on school schedules. The intern will be based in the HQ building located at 22470 East Stephen D Hogan Pkwy, Aurora (E-470/6th Parkway interchange).
Responsibilities
Create and schedule social media posts across platforms
Assist with graphics, short videos, and copywriting for posts, newsletters, and web content
Help maintain brand consistency and follow style guidelines
Support marketing campaigns, event promotions, and content planning
Monitor social media engagement and compile basic performance reports
Research trends and generate content ideas
Organize digital assets and assist with team projects
Provide organizational and administrative support across projects as needed
Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Current undergraduate student (junior/senior) or recent graduate in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related field
Strong writing and communication skills
Familiarity with major social media platforms
Basic Microsoft Office skills: Canva and Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
Curious, creative, and eager to learn about marketing and public communications
Student completing third year/entering fourth year of an undergraduate program leading to a degree related to marketing
