Position Overview The Activity Leader plays a central role in creating an engaging, supportive, and memorable summer camp experience. Activity Leaders plan, lead, and supervise daily program areas—ranging from sports and arts to outdoor adventure and team-building—while ensuring the safety, inclusion, and enthusiasm of all campers. This position requires energy, creativity, responsibility, and a genuine passion for working with children.
