We are seeking an experienced Executive-Level Recruiter to support high-impact hiring initiatives within the engineering and construction industry. This role is ideal for a strategic recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of sourcing and placing senior-level talent. The position begins as a contract-to-hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule based in Holliston, Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive and senior leadership roles across engineering, construction, and related technical functions.
Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and candidate profiles.
Source and engage high-caliber executive candidates through direct outreach, professional networks, and industry research.
Manage and maintain candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and evaluations to assess leadership capability, cultural alignment, and technical experience.
Coordinate interview processes, candidate communications, and offer negotiations.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Track and report recruiting metrics, market insights, and pipeline progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
7–10+ years of recruiting experience, including significant experience hiring executive or senior leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience recruiting within the engineering, construction, infrastructure, or related technical industries.
Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, etc.).
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex hiring processes.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Ability to operate independently while managing multiple high-priority searches.
Collaborative environment working directly with executive leadership and hiring teams.
