Overview of the Role Brij Cement Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Junior Sales Officer to strengthen its market presence in Damauli, Tanahu. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding dealer networks, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and contractors within the assigned territory. Reports to the Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell cement products in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, and hardware stores.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and market pricing trends.
Ensure timely collection of payments and proper credit management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Bachelor running candidates may also apply).
Experience 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (experience in cement, construction materials, or FMCG sector preferred).
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Result-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Good understanding of the local market in Tanahu region.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
