Provide consulting expertise on complex absence and disability management projects
Manage project deliverables and client expectations while ensuring quality standards
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
Contribute to the creation of new tools, approaches, and intellectual capital
Stay updated on industry trends and compliance regulations related to absence management
Qualifications
BA/BS degree in a related field
5-10 years of experience in designing and managing group disability and absence management plans
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in training and mentoring junior staff
Background in group insurance and disability insurance
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Flexibility in addressing client business challenges
