Responsible for supporting absence and disability management initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables on time and within budget. Qualifications
BA/BS degree in a related field 5-10 years of experience in the design and management of group disability and absence management plans Proven ability to manage multiple projects and produce quality deliverables on time and within budget Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written Experience training and mentoring junior staff Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the broker side of the business Expertise in PTO programs Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Benefits and Company Information
