What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide consulting expertise on complex Absence and Disability Management projects

Draft and manage project plans involving multiple workflow streams and client teams

Deliver superior management and deliverables in support of the Absence team for assigned clients

Develop trusted advisor relationships with internal stakeholders through effective communication

Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches in the absence management field

What is Required (Qualifications)

BA/BS degree in a related field

5-10 years of experience in the design/management of group disability and absence management plans

Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and producing quality deliverables

Strong knowledge of compliance and quality assurance protocols related to leave/disability administration

Excellent oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience training or mentoring junior staff

Strong analytical and creative skills

Background in disability insurance and absence management

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture

Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues
