Provide consulting expertise on complex Absence and Disability Management projects Manage client expectations and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives Draft and oversee project plans involving multiple workflow streams and client teams Develop trusted advisor relationships with internal stakeholders through effective communication Contribute to the development of new tools, approaches, and industry publications What is Required

BA/BS degree in a related field 5-10 years of experience in designing/managing group disability and absence management plans Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with quality deliverables Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
