About this role:

Provide financial aid counseling to students/supporters throughout the students\' academic careers at the University. Responsibilities

Meet with and counsel students and/or supporters, virtually or in person, to advise on federal and state financial aid programs, eligibility requirements, and application processes. Assist students/parents with FAFSA submission, tax information and requirements, student loan eligibility information, etc. Assist with responding to service requests (phone, emails, tickets, appointments, etc.). Perform outreach to students regarding financial aid requirements. Maintain knowledge of all current federal and state regulations governing financial aid to ensure compliance. Collaborate with various campus partners/departments to provide accurate information for students. Represent the Financial Aid Office at University events. Engage students, supporters, campus and community partners by presenting compelling communication, both in person and virtually. Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree Required Experience Two (2) or more years of related work experience Proposed Salary $21.75 per hour Additional Information Appointment Type:
