Sales What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager at UX Pilot, you aren’t just “managing” accounts, you are growing them. We need a goal-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between initial sale and long-term enterprise partnership. You will own the relationship with our largest clients, ensuring they see maximum value while identifying opportunities to expand our footprint within their organizations. Relationship Management & Expansion

Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients (but not only), primarily in the US. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to meet expansion targets. Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders to ensure UX Pilot aligns with their strategic goals. Sales Execution & Negotiation

Prepare tailored sales offers and lead negotiations for contract renewals and expansions. Partner with the Product team to communicate enterprise client needs (security, RBAC, collaboration features). Monitor market trends to proactively suggest solutions that solve client pain points. Operations & Strategy

Maintain high standards of customer service and brand image. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasting, and analysis of account health. Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to ensure a smooth transition from “lead” to “long-term partner.” Required Qualifications

Experience:

Proven track record in Account Management or Sales, specifically within the B2B SaaS sector. Enterprise Savvy:

Experience navigating complex organizational structures and “buying committees” in large corporations. Communication:

Fluent English with the ability to lead presentations and high-stakes negotiations confidently. Skills & Competencies

Consultative Selling:

Ability to analyze a client’s workflow and propose UX Pilot solutions that drive ROI. Goal Orientation:

Driven by metrics, renewals, and expansion revenue. Adaptability:

Comfortable in a high-pace startup environment where “the way we do things” might evolve every month. Independence:

Self-motivated and capable of managing a global portfolio with minimal supervision. Nice to Have

Experience with design tools (Figma, Miro, etc.) or a background in the design industry. Experience in a company scaling from $5M to $50M ARR. Familiarity with SOC 2, SSO, and enterprise security requirements. Why Join UX Pilot
