Your Role As a Client Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their financial decisions. This position allows you to build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients and contribute to their satisfaction and success. Qualifications that would be advantageous: High school diploma or equivalent Flexible availability to work varied hours and at different locations Experience in sales or marketing Your Contributions to the Team: Greet clients warmly and answer phones with a friendly, personalized approach Connect clients with the right tax professional based on their unique needs Schedule appointments accommodating client preferences Ensure all client needs are met, whether in-person, over the phone, or virtually Help maintain a clean and organized office environment Take on additional responsibilities as needed What You Bring: Experience in a fast-paced environment Customer service background Ability to multitask effectively Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Why Join Us?
