Carefully match clients with the best tax professional for their needs
Schedule client appointments based on their preferences
Support clients throughout their service experience, whether in-person, over the phone, or virtually
Maintain an organized and clean office environment, collaborating effectively with team members
Fulfill additional duties as assigned
Your Skills and Experience: Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Preference for background in customer service
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office
