Your Impact As a vital part of H&R Block, you will help clients make informed financial decisions. In your role as a seasonal Client Relations Associate, you'll create lasting impressions and strengthen client relationships. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Flexibility to work various schedules and locations Background in sales or marketing is beneficial Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and greet clients warmly, ensuring a personalized and welcoming experience Assist clients in finding the most suitable tax professional for their specific needs Schedule client appointments based on individual preferences and availability Address all client needs during their service, whether in-person, over the phone, or virtually Collaborate with the team to maintain office cleanliness and organize resources Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and clients Your Expertise Experience in a fast-paced work environment Previous customer service experience is a requirement Strong multi-tasking skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications Why H&R Block?
