We\'re hiring an experiencedInside Sales Specialistto provide expert technical guidance, quoting, and order support in our modern, digital-first environment. This is perfect for HVAC veterans (service techs, counter sales pros, manufacturer reps, or estimators) ready to leverage their experience without the physical demands of field work or walk-in retail.
Location:Southborough, MA (on-site, full-time, Monday–Friday, stable office schedule—no weekends, no nights)
What You Will Do

Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams (Customer Service, Content, Warehouse) to deliver quick, precise solutions. Daily responsibilities include: Handling inbound calls/emails from contractors, technicians, and facilities managers Identifying equipment and parts using model numbers, specs, cross-references, and application details Preparing accurate quotes from website leads and direct requests Following up on open quotes to close orders and resolve any barriers Verifying pricing, availability, specifications, and lead times with manufacturers/suppliers Monitoring real-time dashboards for quotes, inquiries, and open cases Documenting solutions, tips, and product insights in our internal knowledge base Flagging website content gaps or discrepancies to the Content team for quick fixes The Ideal Candidate
You bring relevant experience and thrive on solving technical problems for pros who count on fast, reliable answers. Key traits: Clear, professional communicator on phone and in writing Quick thinker who excels at real-time troubleshooting (e.g., matching obsolete parts, recommending alternatives) Organized multitasker comfortable juggling calls, emails, quotes, and follow-ups Tech-savvy with business tools (Excel, Google Workspace, CRM/ERP systems, multi-monitor setups) Team player who builds rapport with customers and colleagues alike Detail-oriented and responsive, with a proactive mindset Required Experience
Must-have: 2–5+ years of hands-on HVAC, trades, or industrial equipment experience(applicants without this will not be considered). Specific background: Proven ability to identify/quote HVAC equipment and replacement parts from model numbers and specs Strong phone-based customer service and communication skills Experience with business software (CRM, ERP, quoting tools, spreadsheets) Preferred Backgrounds
