Client Development & Relationship

Research and target new clients Build genuine, trust-based relationships with prospects and clients through proactive communication and exceptional service. Work closely with prospects and clients to understand their workforce needs and help deliver effective staffing solutions. Perform regular check-ins with prospects to seek out opportunities. Stay in consistent communication with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Leverage your sales experience to identify opportunities to expand client usage and deepen relationships. Stay solutions-oriented and proactive in responding to prospect and client challenges. Learn directly from a seasoned, collaborative team with decades of combined staffing and account management experience. Gain exposure to sales strategy, customer success, recruiting operations, and long-term client development. What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 1 year of B2B sales, account coordination, customer success, or staffing experience. Someone hungry to learn, to grow, and to build a long-term career in staffing or client management. Strong communicator with a natural ability to connect with clients Organized, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.
