Founders Associate — AI Insurtech -San Francisco

We're hiring a Founders Associate for a seed-stage AI company that's rewiring a $2 trillion industry still running on phone calls and fax machines. Their platform uses AI agents to quote, bind, and service insurance policies autonomously — saving households hundreds of dollars. They already work with 40 of the biggest US insurance carriers, are about to go live in all 50 states, and are launching a new product line. Backed by top-tier angels including co-founders of well-known tech companies and the CEO of a $150B business. The Role This is a right-hand seat to the CEO. You'll touch everything — fundraising, ops, GTM, analytics, partnerships, product strategy, and whatever's most on fire that week. You own projects end-to-end: solve it, systematise it, hand it off, move to the next one. This isn't a coordinator role. It's a compressed path to becoming a founder yourself.
