Here’s what you’ll be responsible for Supporting in Press Relations & Brand communications at EMEA level:*** Daily interaction and exchange with countries Marketing Manager, agencies, TBL & VF internal functions and global team.* Support in defining structured EMEA seasonal PR roll out plans for the key markets managed by EMEA HQ* Support in PR activities managed by EMEA HQ (Media partnership, event management, editors’ seedings, activations)* Manage and deliver Global Press material to markets and wider TBL team (press releases and PR assets in files)* Develop press material (copywriting and proofing, distribution, ...)* Brand Calendar management: working with all internal and agencies: keep track of our key global/EMEA/ markets dates and key marketing styles throughout the season.* Sample management - support the marketing team with seasonal sample orders including tracking of deliveries as well as ad hoc sample requests (photo shooting e.t.c)* Attend and record notes at the PR team meetings and work cross-functionally to support PR team* Create several reports and presentations on various product launches and initiatives.* Maintain and update EMEA master media lists and seeding lists.* Reporting: performance and KPIs monitoring and deliveries of campaign/ monthly / quarterly reports* Respond to media requests for samples, information and press releases in a timely manner.* Work closely with Internal team to create synergies and increase visibility for Timberland (newsletter/ media alert/ ...)* Build and maintain knowledge of competitive PR: Monitor competitor activities and share as required.## *What success looks like:*Your skills in continuous improvement, decision making, planning & organizing, and customer focus – combined with your talent for collaboration, communication, and leveraging cultural diversity – will contribute to the team’s success.
