We’re growing our team of Artisans with a
Marketing Graphic Design Intern . The Marketing Graphic Design Intern focuses primarily on graphic design and visual brand execution. This role supports the marketing team by designing high-quality digital and print assets that align with brand standards and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a design-focused student or recent graduate seeking hands‑on experience creating production‑ready assets for campaigns, sales enablement, and digital platforms. This position reports to the Marketing Manager and collaborates closely with Technology and Business Development leaders to translate technical content into compelling visual design.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design and update branded digital and print assets including social graphics, brochures, one‑pagers, case studies, presentations, and campaign materials
Enhance and design PowerPoint presentations to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
Assist with short‑form video editing and basic motion graphics
Assist in preparing final files for print and digital production, ensuring proper formatting and quality standards
Apply brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms and materials
Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Technology teams to translate technical content into clean, compelling visual assets
Participate in creative reviews and implement feedback in a timely and professional manner
Assist in reviewing marketing materials to identify outdated assets and opportunities for refresh
Maintain and organize the online marketing asset libraries to ensure accessibility and version control
Draft internal marketing update emails and support distribution of materials
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output
Coachable and receptive to creative direction and feedback
Supervisory Responsibilities

Requirements – Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong portfolio showcasing layout, typography, branding, and digital design work
Demonstrated ability to take complex or technical information and organize it into clean, professional visual layouts
Strong foundational understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and brand consistency
Excellent organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for B2B, industrial, or technical industries
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn content formatting and digital marketing platforms
Familiarity with HubSpot or other email marketing tools
Experience preparing print‑ready files for vendors
Basic video editing or motion graphics experience
Photography or photo editing experience
Experience working within established brand guidelines
Working Conditions / Physical Demands This position primarily operates in a professional office environment. The role requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. The intern may occasionally lift or move materials up to 15 pounds, such as marketing collateral or event materials. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
