JWM Enterprises is seeking a high-caliber Marketing & Social Media Intern to contribute meaningfully to our regional growth strategy. This position is designed for a motivated student prepared to engage at a professional level and assume responsibility for initiatives that produce measurable results. The selected candidate will support efforts to enhance regional discoverability, strengthen brand credibility, and deepen customer and community engagement. In addition to marketing execution, the intern will gain insight into project management workflows, field operations, and business systems — developing a comprehensive understanding of how marketing supports revenue growth. $20 per hour 15–20 hours per week Mileage reimbursement for approved travel to and from jobsites Significant portfolio-building and professional development opportunity Core Responsibilities
Develop and manage structured social media content calendars Create and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, and TikTok Capture and produce high-quality photo and short-form video content in the field Write compelling, professional marketing copy Engage with online audiences and manage community interaction Track performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations Conduct competitor and market research Assist with SEO initiatives and review Google Analytics Participate in campaign development and strategic planning discussions Strategic marketing and brand positioning Data-driven decision-making and ROI analysis Digital content production and platform optimization Professional communication and brand representation Operational business insight and workflow exposure Leadership awareness and workplace accountability Project management and organizational discipline Candidate Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field Demonstrated proficiency with major social media platforms Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or similar tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement metrics Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments Application & Selection Process
