Unily is seeking a high-energy and dynamic Business Development Representative to create new business opportunities and scale growth. The role focuses on outbound activities, engaging and qualifying prospective customers, and setting the tone for the customer engagement as an early touchpoint for prospects. Unily has a long-standing track record and awards in the employee experience space and emphasizes a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented environment. Main Responsibilities
Engage with potential prospects over phone, email and social channels to qualify and set appointments for our account executives. Collaboratively work with account executives to identify and target enterprise level accounts by leveraging intelligence tools Create and maintain active engagement strategies to create awareness and education with prospects through informed, creative follow-ups in partnership with your account executive Research, build out and develop prospective accounts within our CRM Partner with marketing teams to support messaging, initiatives, campaigns and identify the best target market segments Achieve quotas and KPIs Knowledge, Skills And Experience
Minimum of 6 to 18 months\' experience in a sales or sales development capacity within a software or technology environment Ability to quickly engage with prospects over email, phone, social and in person Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbally Familiar with sales engagement, enrichment and intelligence tools for prospecting Familiar with CRM Quick learner and team player Determined, able to overcome objections and not afraid of rejection Desire to progress a career in sales Effective time management to complete objectives Experience of exceeding results and other KPIs Ability to thrive in a high energy team environment Why Work for Unily?
