Role Description Henderson Insurance Agency is seeking a
highly motivated Licensed Sales Producer
to join our growing team. This is a
full-time, remote or on-site role in McKinney, TX
focused on generating new business, building client relationships, and helping individuals and families protect what matters most.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a
fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
and enjoys speaking with clients, solving problems, and closing business.
Producers are expected to actively work inbound and outbound opportunities, provide customized insurance solutions, and consistently meet activity and production goals.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through inbound leads, outbound calls, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities
Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Quote and bind home, auto, life, and other insurance products
Maintain relationships with existing clients and referral partners
Educate clients on coverage options and policy benefits
Maintain accurate records in the agency CRM system
Meet daily activity and monthly production targets
Collaborate with the team to create a positive, results-driven work environment
Performance Expectations This is a
high-activity sales role . Successful producers typically achieve:
100+ outbound calls per day
3+ hours of talk time
10–15 quotes daily
30–35 items written per month
Qualifications
Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required)
Insurance sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Strong work ethic and accountability for performance metrics
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology
