Wripple's client is seeking an Email Communications Coordinator. This is a hybrid onsite opportunity, requiring 3 days onsite collaboration in south Atlanta. IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

This is a 12-month, 40 hours/week contract role with opportunities to extend.

You absolutely must be ATL-based and open to 3 days/week onsite to apply. The Performance & US Marketing team is focused on driving purchases and growing our domestic market share by championing industry-differentiating ways to offer premium travel for customers looking to make the most of their travel time. Our focus is on performance, increasing awareness, and encouraging trial and engagement through innovative tactics, plans and technologies -- all centered on the customer. We are seeking an individual to support external communications to customers, participate in creating strategies that deepen engagement and emotional connection among our most loyal customers, as well as coordinating internal communications with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly motivated with exceptional attention to detail, enjoys a high-paced work environment and is passionate about creating retail experiences while driving results. This role will help advance our retail strategy by creating meaningful communications for customers and campaigns that support enterprise revenue-driving efforts and priorities. This individual will: • Support and execute multi-channel campaigns that promote priority routes focusing on driving sales and performance efficiency. • Manage communications supporting New Route Launches, with outputs including consumer-facing messaging, website content, app content, social media, trigger and lifecycle emails, and more. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on the development and execution of promotions and partnership communications. • Support the monthly update and distribution of our tracker and position as the SME and liaison across teams. • Build strong relationships internally within the Commercial team and externally across business units to ensure a fully informed point of view and successful implementation of Retail initiatives. • Leverage strong collaboration with internal teams to secure the data and insights necessary to enhance retail performance and guide strategic decision‑making. • Merchandising & status updates. Build presentations and contribute to executive updates pertaining to high-visibility campaigns. WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for retail. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to execution quality. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to dig into the “why” behind customer trends and Strong knowledge and experience in Email Management. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

3+ years of experience in retail marketing, marketing, email marketing, global communications or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and timelines. Intellectual curiosity, high integrity, high energy, and a positive can-do attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to a diverse audience. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
